Jared Wilson, saxophonist and bandleader, has dazzled audiences with performances in the Pittsburgh area for the last 15 years. Jared Wilson and the Vibe has become a permanent fixture in the Pittsburgh Jazz scene. The band is extremely versatile with a repertoire that spans Jazz, R&B and Blues. The Vibe is without number ranging from solo saxophonist to quintet.

The Vibe has had the pleasure of performing at WAMO’s annual African American Award Ceremony and boasts it’s opening for the legendary R&B singer, Regina Belle. They have played at such establishments as The Carnegie Music Hall, the Gateway Center complex, CNG Tower, the Sheridan, Four Pointes and others. The Vibe has been a regular at such establishments as the historic James Street Restaurant on the North Side. They had a 2 year run at the elegant Jackson’s Rotisserie, Bar & Grill in South Pointe. Jared Wilson and The Vibe have most recently cemented themselves in the Pittsburgh Cultural scene becoming a regular at such establishments as: Backstage Bar, Little E’s and the O’Reilly Theater, as well as performing at CJ’s a classy jazz establishment in the strip and the famous Gullifty’s in Squirrel Hill.
