This event occurs in the past Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Featuring the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra by Lawrence Loh with guest vocalist Katy Williams and guest host WQED's Jim Cunningham." Violinist Michael Ferri will perform Ravel's Tzigane and a Community Choir will join the PSO in Vivaldi's Gloria and the rousing Irving Berlin favorite, "God Bless America." Other works on the program include "Amazing Grace", Copland's Fanfare for the Common Man, and Brahms' Academic Festival Overture. The concert will also include a special salute to our armed forces in recognition of Memorial Day.
