Join us on the evening of the Winter Solstice as we carry on the tradition at Canal View Park for a bonfire, birds of prey show, and a drum circle, welcoming the return of light and gradual increase of daylight.

3pm-4pm - Birds of Prey Show
At the birds of prey show, you will learn about local birds of prey and how they adapt to the winter cold. Get up close and personal with a Red-Tailed Hawk, Peregrine Falcon, Great Horned Owl, Eastern Screech Owl, and Barn Owl.

4:30pm - Lighting of the Torches & Fires
Watch as the torches and fires are lit to signify the return of light!

4:30pm-5:30pm - Drum Circle
The ceremonious drum circle will happen as the torches and fires are lit.
