On Friday, October 3rd, a group of local comics will celebrate the worst of used bookstores at Manayunk’s own Spiral Bookcase. The event will feature comedy about bookstores.

Headlining the event is Gregg Gethard, who will be performing as "Karl G." Gethard has been writing a novel via Yelp reviews as “Karl G.” His “work” has been featured on ABC News, Business Insider, and New York Magazine.

Also joining him are:
- Chip Chantry (The winner of 2013’s Philly’s Phunniest contest, a regular performer at Helium Comedy Club.)
- Jaimie Fountaine (Host of Toiling With Obscurity, writer extraordinaire.)
