Pizza Brain Workshop: Mozzarella Making and Pizza Dough and Tossing

Pizza Brain comes to the Greensgrow Community Kitchen at St. Michael's Church to show you the basics of dough making at home. In this hands-on primer class you’ll get a glimpse into the weird wonderful brain of Pizza Brain with Joe Hunter. Everyone will get to stretch mozzarella, make dough and learn to stretch and toss it too! Learn from the master as he makes you a pizza lunch on the spot!

Everyone will get a ball of mozzarella and dough to take home and experiment with. Stop by our farmstand after to pick up seasonal toppings for your at home pie.
