Valley Talks - A Virtual Walk in the Woods presented by Ken LeRoy

From the massive Sycamores of the floodplains to the Quaking Aspens in the upper meadows, this presentation by Arborist Ken LeRoy will explore the Wissahickon Valley's woody flora in all its glory and diversity. LeRoy will identify the various tree species and the ecosystems where they occur. He will also discuss the many associate animal and insect species, as well as forest and soil ecology dynamics.

Valley Talks are free and open to the public. Registration is recommended as seating is limited. Complimentary wine and cheese reception offered. Presented by Friends of the Wissahickon.
