Calling all families! Join us this June as the summer CSA season gets into full swing, with Shayna Marmar of Honeypie Cooking to “Cook Your Way through Your CSA!” At the Greensgrow Community Kitchen at St. Michael's.

Together we’ll uncover all of the cool foods that are found in your CSA share and discover new ideas for incorporating these ingredients into flexible family-friendly recipes. If you like, you can pick up your CSA as a family and then head over to the Greensgrow Community Kitchen to learn about what you can make with that week’s produce.

This class will be focused on making brightly colored and big flavored seasonal spreads, salsas, & sauces. Suggestions will be offered for using these recipes throughout your meals, helping to increase interest in fruits and vegetables while safely cooking at home with mixed-aged family members.

After cooking together as a group, we will gather for a snack where children and adults will be able to taste their favorite dishes.

Price: $50, includes one child and one adult.
