4 Course Beer and Whiskey Dinner

Since New Years Eve is typically a classier night, we are classing it up too!

We will be hosting a specially prepared 4 course menu paired with some of our favorite beer and whiskey selections.

6pm Seating will include
- Dinner & Drink Pairings
- Reserved Seating from 6-8pm
- $60 ticket includes Tax & Gratuities

9pm Seating ticket will include
- Dinner & Drink Pairing
- Reserved Seating 9pm-12:30am
- Champagne Toast at midnight
- $75 ticket includes Tax & Gratuities

Food Menu
- 1st course: warm brie cheese served with a cherry and onion chutney over honey glazed crostini
- 2nd course: brisket and top round blended slider topped with pickled red onion, sharp provolone and drizzled with bbq sauce. Served with a side of salt and peppered shoestring fries
- 3rd course: braised short rib & manchego grilled cheese with arugula
- 4th course: Special Dessert from Sweet Elizabeth's

Beers include:
- Unibroue Ephamere Pear
- Unibroue La Resolution

Whiskeys include:
- Balvenie 12 Doublewood
- Balvenie 14 Carribean Cask
- Balvenie 15 Sherry Cask

For our 6pm diners, our first floor bar will be open for business as usual. You are invited to move downstairs at 8pm and enjoy the rest of the evening.
